Payment Terms
All invoices are issued according to the agreed quotation and purchase contract. Payments must be made via international bank wire transfer directly to the designated company bank account provided on the invoice.
Orders will only be processed and prepared for shipment after full payment has been received and successfully cleared by our financial institution.
Order Processing
To facilitate timely order fulfillment, customers are requested to provide a copy of the bank transfer confirmation immediately after payment has been initiated. This allows our team to begin procurement, packaging, and logistics planning while awaiting final fund clearance.
Once payment has been verified, your order will be released for shipment within the agreed delivery schedule.
Shipping and Delivery
Zagob Beverage B.V. works with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods. Shipping arrangements are made according to the terms agreed upon during the sales process.
The buyer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, insurance costs, and banking fees associated with the transaction unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.
Accepted Payment Methods
For international wholesale transactions, payments are accepted exclusively through bank wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or online payment platforms for bulk commercial orders.
